BLACK Showcases Innovation at the 14th UMA Eastern Region Trade Fair in Mbale
BLACK proudly joined manufacturers, innovators, entrepreneurs, and business leaders at the 14th UMA Eastern Region Trade Fair, reaffirming its commitment to making quality Ugandan technology more accessible across the country.
Organized by the Uganda Manufacturers Association (UMA), the 10-day trade fair brought together exhibitors from across Uganda under the theme "Formalizing Trade to Secure Uganda's Economic Future." Held at the Mbale Secondary School Grounds, the exhibition provided a platform for businesses to showcase innovation, build partnerships, and connect directly with consumers and industry stakeholders.
As a proud member of the Uganda Manufacturers Association, BLACK was delighted to be part of one of the country's premier regional trade exhibitions. The BLACK team received a warm welcome from visitors, fellow exhibitors, and community throughout the event, reflecting the growing recognition of the brand across Eastern Uganda.
The BLACK exhibition stand quickly became one of the busiest destinations at the trade fair. Visitors flocked to experience the brand's growing ecosystem of consumer technology products firsthand, exploring everything from wireless audio solutions and smart accessories to power solutions, and lifestyle technology designed for everyday use.
Live product demonstrations allowed visitors to test the quality, performance, and functionality that have made BLACK one of Uganda's fastest-growing consumer electronics brands. Many attendees interacted with products for the first time, gaining a better understanding of how BLACK continues to deliver premium technology at accessible prices.
Beyond showcasing products, the trade fair created meaningful opportunities for engagement. The BLACK team interacted with customers, business owners, retailers, students, and technology enthusiasts, sharing insights about the brand while gathering valuable feedback that will continue to shape future innovations and customer experiences.
Participation in the Eastern Region Trade Fair also highlighted BLACK's growing national footprint. The enthusiastic response from consumers throughout the region reinforced the increasing demand for reliable, locally accessible technology solutions.
Building on this momentum, BLACK is planning to establish a physical presence in Mbale, bringing its products even closer to customers in Eastern Uganda. The planned outlet will make it easier for consumers to access BLACK's latest products, after-sales support, and in-store product experiences, while strengthening the brand's retail network beyond Kampala.
The move reflects BLACK's long-term commitment to serving communities across Uganda through expanded access, improved customer convenience, and continued investment in regional markets.
The 14th UMA Eastern Region Trade Fair successfully brought together businesses focused on manufacturing, value addition, science, technology, and formal trade, creating an important platform for economic growth, innovation, and collaboration across Eastern Uganda. BLACK is proud to have been part of this journey and looks forward to building even stronger relationships with customers and partners throughout the region.
As BLACK continues to grow, events like the UMA Eastern Region Trade Fair remain instrumental in connecting the brand with the people it serves. One conversation, one product experience, and one community at a time.
